Semesterticket kann nicht aktualisiert werden, App stürzt direkt ab.
An everyday app. Helped since my first day of arrival. There are some days that routes don't show changes in connectivity or route plans. Apart from this, I really find this app helpful for me everyday.
This is a terrible app, like everything else in Kiel. This app has your student transport ticket, which you need to show when boarding a bus, but it takes forever to load and crashes often. This happens on all phones. The ticket is only valid for 30 days and you need to re-activate your ticket again. It won't update last month, even when I swiped to refresh. I had to deactivate and the remove the ticket and re-add it. Stupid and pointless. It also wrongly shows bus stops as cancelled or added.
Terrible, I buy a ticket and then the train didn't even show up.
Die App braucht dringendst einen kompletten Rework. Die Nutzerführung ist unterirdisch, das Design altbacken und es fehlen hilfreiche Featues, wie zum Beispiel ein Shortcut zum Semesterticket. Leider kommt man um die App nicht herum, weil das Semesterticket nur in diese App hinzugefügt werden kann
Ich habe 4 Tickets gekauft, 3 erhalten und eines in die falsche Richtung
Wen's null Sterne geben würde dann hierfür. Altmodisches design, mangelnde Funktionen. Laden der Fahrkarte dauert ewig, egal welche Netzanbindung. Usability absolut katastrophal. Sieht ziemlich altmodisch aus. Ich würde da sogar eine Papierkarte oder die DB Navigator App bevorzugen und das will was heißen. Edit: Ein Teil der Problematik entfällt mach wechsel runter von EMUI... Nice integration

Trip planner and semester ticket cannot be accessible at the same time. If I show my semester ticket to the driver then I cannot return to the trip which I already have selected. I should do the search again and find the trip which now is placed in previous page! That's really annoying!!
